Description:
Last channel viewed is not switched to when re-starting the software.

Steps to reproduce bug:
Set one tuner to watch one channel, then switch to a channel on a different mux, so that tuner one is tuned to a different mux to the first. Exit then restart DigiTV. The channel that is viewed is the one that the first tuner was tuned to.

Expected behaviour:
The last channel to be remembered, regardless of tuner. This can also mean that the wake up feature will not work if the channel set to wake up to is not the one that was last watched on tuner one.
