Anyone else have this problem ?

On my home PC, this forum logs me out every day (using Firefox). Now my work PC is doing the same (using Opera).

All other forums dont log me out, and ive already tried clearing the cache.

Ive ticked "Remember me" every time when logging in, which works for the remainder of the day, but the next day it forgets.

It started to happen a month or two ago if thats any help.

This seems to happen if I visit the site from machine that doesn't know my username/password. It seems to log me out, so that next time I visit , even from a machine that knows my log-on details, I have to complete the log-on bit.

I use two machines to login to the forum, but both are logged in using 'remember me' so its hard to think its an unknown username thing in my case.

the machine I use at work is on a domain using a firewall etc.. maybe there is something going on concerning cookies or IP address or something. Yet all other forums work fine.


Actually it hasn't happened for a few days now. Did you update something?

Started happening here when I enter my entered my username & passsword I don't get logged in.

Doesn't matter if I use the log in box at the top of the page or the one in the middle, nor if the "Remember me" box is ticked or not.

Just logged on and it seemed happy to remember me from this morning

Not sure what swings here

Edit: Just for clarity I didn't 'log on' I just opened the URL in IE6

When I am logged in with Fire Fox and then hit the refresh button to load the page again it log's me out. When I am logged in with Fire FOx and click on the Big Logo DigiTV-forum that brings me to the Forum Index it logs me out.

Don't know if this is FF related.

Edit:
It happens when there is no activity for a few hours. If it is done immediately it does not log you out.
