Hi

I've just installed MP/BDA drivers. Have yet to explore functionality but is it just me or does the picture look a little softer compared to latest neb software? I'm fairly sure everything is set the same so should be like for like comparison?

If anyone else is doing neb/MP, could you post settings/codecs, maybe I'm missing something here

What codecs are you using?

The inbuilt dscaler and mpa codecs may not suit you, try ATI or NV codecs instead.

Play around with the deinterlacing.

Thanks for the reply. Codecs, I have all the MP ones installed plus nv available. The MPV one was not the best so I'm using DScaler now which seems ok. It's also noticeable that it's better than nebs software with scrolling text on BBC24, no judders!

Using nv vid and audio gave me video/audio dropouts which seems odd as they work within Theatertek fine! I guess this is all down to being somewhat of a mediaportal noob, I'll mess around some more.

If anyone else would like to post their codec setup, I'd appreciate it just so I can try it
