No channels found when auto-tuningI've been using a Nebula card in my PC for the past six months without any problems. I can receive most of the Freeview channels, the rest not being accessible, I believe, simply because my aerial is not providing a strong enough signal. However, prior to purchasing a new aerial, I decided to try and re-adjust the position of my existing loft mounted aerial to see if it would improve matters. With a weak signal channel selected and playing, I re-adjusted it's position. Suddenly the signal went totally dead, on investigation every other channel, including those which could previously be viewed, was unavailable. I have tried auto-retuning to no affect, I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers again without any success, I have tested the signal from the loft aerial again with another television and the signal is there, but the card will still not tune to any channels. On instigating the auto-tune, it works it's way through all the frequncies but does not find any channels. Can anyone advise a solution to this problem.

I would double check all cable connections, any boosters/splitters as these are most likely the cause of the problems.
Which braodcast transmitter region are you in?
The ITV channels MUX and Ch5 MUX are the most difficult to receive within the UK as they are quite low power and the 64QAM is prone to interference compared to 16QAM (bbc channels and sky)

No channels found when auto-tuningThanks for the quick reply. For your information, we are supplied by the Darvel transmitter (STV Central region). I don't have any boosters or splitters in my setup. What I can't quite understand is why we can recieve excellent reception on the other two TV's, one is served by an outside aerial, the other by another similar loft aerial through a set top box. None of these have boosters or splitters either.

same problemI beleive this is a NEBULA problem as from Wednesday I lost most of my tv /radio channels for no apparant reason... did all the things you have done the retune was only capable of detecting 3 tv channels and 6 radio channels.... why did this suddenly happen?...no ideal!! I have had my PC card installed now over 5 years but never experienced this problem before.... I NOT impressed with NEBULA customer care...What customer care???

Similar problem here. I've got a PCI that receives remote signals no problem, but won't tune any channels. As soon as I run the aerial into the USB master I have and disable the PCI it works no problem. I've made no changes to the aerial cable, tried removing and reinstalling but nothing. Short of changing it to a different PCI slot I can't think of anything else to try.
