Product has broken - can't contact NebulaMy USB slave device has failed after 2 months in use. I've tried emailing Nebula, with no answer in over a week. I've called them but no-one is answering the phone.
There is just no communication - what can I do?
The system worked fine for a couple of months until last night when it did not work. A pre-set recording timer started to record another channel and channels on different multiplexes were no longer available. It became clear that the USB tuner was not available and that the computer was operating as a single-tuner set-up.
I’ve tried everything I can think of:
Reboot pc
Disconnect and reconnect of device
Reinstall of Digitv application
Reinstall of drivers
System restore
I get the error message:
“One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it.”
I have a similar setup on my other computer which has worked with no problems for a year or more.

assuming that it is a hardware fault - as it's only 2 months old you should really be directing this towards the place of purchase (as the warranty you have is with them).
it could, however, be a driver installation issue.

I think chenks is right, then again you may have bought it directly from Nebula! Have you tried putting it in another USB port?

Yep - I agree - Deffo check the USB things first - have a look around to get the show hidden devices, remove them then reinstall.

Got throughI managed to speak to Nebula (who I bought the card from). They were very helpful, I've got an RMA and it looks like this should get sorted out.
apparently there is a fault with the support@... mailbox but they are still receiving on sales@... and info@...

They don't reply to my emails.
I can't see a phone number anywhere on their site - what one do you have for them?
