I was using version version 3.7.06 until now, because the later version 3.7.10 (?) or 3.7.11 caused a picture problem on my computer. After a while the tv picture stopped for a very short time and then the picure speeded up until it came up to the recent picture.

The version was brought out because of a EPG problem. I noticed this problem too.

However sets this new version 3.7.12 the computer date (I have marked "software sets coputer time") one day ahead. If I set the computer date back to the correct date the EPG is totally messed up.

Help would be appreciated! I am a costumer from Germany.

Is there a way to fix the EPG problem on version 3.7.06, I don't want to use later versions because of the tv picture problem?!?

Try using the DigiTV-HD.exe from V3.7.05

thanks for the answer. Do you mean to just install the version 3.7.05 or the version 3.7.05 and then replace the DigiTV-HD 3.7.12 over it?

In the info's to the version 3.7.12 it recommends to have at least version 3.7.06 before you replace it. The version 3.7.12 still has the pausing of the picture every minute. Due to the Nebula version info this should not be the case anymore.

Just swap the exe's over.

Rename the 06 on you have, and place digitv-HD.exe version 3.7.05 in it's place.

All the other files can stay the same. So there is no need to run the whole installation package from 3.7.05.

(See other threads for better details: 3.7.12 is needed to get the channel tuning correct, but 3.7.05 needs to be used day to day to get a correct EPG, perform recordings and watch TV)

With the version 3.7.06 the EPG is not working correctly anymore after 01.01.2009.

Version 3.7.12 is supposed to fix the problem but with the version 3.7.12 I again have the picture pausing problem every 60 seconds. (That's why I never sticked with version 3.7.10 or 3.7.11)

So you recommend using just the version 3.7.05. Will the EPG be okay again?

Yes. Use 05. It will work.

Please read the other threads if you want details. There are way too many threads being started on this same question as it is.

Use 3.7.05 to watch TV, make records, and have an EPG that works.

Use 3.7.12 ONLY to do a fresh Auto-tune as this deals with the "Split NIT" issue. (Not sure if that is relevant in Germany, so just stick with 3.7.05)
